• Rates are subject to applicable Provincial and Federal Sales tax.
• Rates for boat and motor rental do not include gasoline.
•  All damages to cabins, boats and motors during the rental period are the responsibility of renter.
• A deposit is required at time of booking.
•  No refunds or discounts for late arrival or early departure.
• You will be charged for the number of days you have reserved.
• We do not accept Debit or Credit Cards.
• We do not allow pets.
